If you have been involved with Our Haven Shelter in the past, we would like to thank you for your support and invite you to join us for our Second Annual Run for Shelter 5K Race/walk & 10K Race/Walk & Kids Fun Run on September 11, 2010. If you are considering a sponsorship for the 2010 Race, we welcome your questions and ask you to join us and continue the fight against homelessness.
As a Run for Shelter sponsor, you and your company or organization can make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in need. In conjunction with Race sponsors, your donations help offset Race expenses and, when combined with entry fees and personal donations, go directly to funding the homeless shelter. We offer seven types of sponsorship for your organization to be involved: Executive, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Associate, and Donor. (See Matrix below for quick reference benefits)
An early commitment and signed Race contract will ensure exposure to all pre-Race events and inclusion in all appropriate print advertising and collateral materials. The Race Flyer will be distributed to running shops as well as other running events in the area. All contracts are due no later than August 15th, 2010.

“In Kind” Donations and specific needs are always appreciated! If you have something you would like to offer the 5K & 10K to help in our success, please contact Aaron Baxter at 410-507-1935 to discuss. Some of the items that we are looking for include: Printing, Small items for gift bags, Gift Certificates and discount coupons.

We are asking race and walker participants to go all out in supporting Our Haven shelter. Our success depends on charitable donations from sponsors in the community. Why not ask your employer if they have a matching gift program that could double or even triple your fundraising efforts.
